My son started at St. Johns last September just before his 3rd birthday. He’d always been looked after at home before this date so we did wonder how well he would settle in. We needn’t have worried, he’s loved it from the very start. He loves putting on his school uniform and having a special school bag. He’s quickly settled in and made lots of friends – the atmosphere is very friendly. He attended the Xmas party and told everyone he met how good it was. I’m really glad we made the decision to send him to St.Johns.

Both my children have loved coming to nursery here and the quality of care has got better and better each year. This year, the team have excelled with some amazing creative activities for the children to do that support their structured learning programme. Thank you for all the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to ensure they have such a fun time. Freddy can’t wait to come back to nursery in September!

James has successfully moved on from St Johns nursery now and is thriving in his school environment (reception). This is all thanks to the confidence and encouragement that he gained from a young age at St John's. Leaving your parents is a daunting prospect at the age of 2, probably more so for the parents, but the comfort we gained from the nurturing nature of all the staff was incredible, not to mention how James developed and grew as a person from the range of activities on offer. He absolutely loved that school and ran to the door every day and spoke about the staff and his friends constantly. Despite moving to a school in a different area we still keep in contact with his friends and their parents, we will be forever indebted to St Johns for all they have done, a real credit to a wonderful institution. We intend to send our second child there in the comings years!

All 3 of my kids have attended St John’s Nursery and all have absolutely loved it! My youngest started at 2 and is now in her pre-school year. She loves coming to play with her friends and teachers and was disappointed at half-term that it was closed! The nursery has been fantastic for their development and confidence, all the while being loads of fun. The staff are friendly and helpful and the outside space is AMAZING!

I am a student who attended St John’s Nursery for a week's work experience. I found the nursery a fun place to work and the staff were very supportive of my studies. I was given a student pack along with policies of the setting before my start day and I was also given an induction day which helped me to settle in. The children and parents were also very warm and welcoming towards me. I found the whole experience fantastic and have applied for my final year work experience to be at the nursery to support my college work. Thank you for making me feel a part of your wonderful team.
